Location, location, location. That’s what the realtors say and I couldn’t agree more! Last summer I discovered a brand new spot while leaving a photoshoot in downtown St. Paul and I knew I had to use it for Megan’s session.

Imagine rows and rows of green vines cascading off of a 15-foot pergola, surrounded by cobblestone with a water fountain in the center. I seriously cannot image a more perfect way to start a photoshoot!

We continued our session in Rice Park. Nestled in the heart of downtown St. Paul, Rice Park is a dream-like setting for a senior photoshoot, surrounded by manicured gardens and unique architecture, such as the stunning historic Landmark Center and St. Paul Hotel.

The evening ended with the most perfect sunset at Harriet Island. The soft glow of the setting sun casts a warm, ethereal light over the Mississippi River. Megan absolutely glowed the whole night and was so fun to work with! I’m so honored she booked me for her senior portrait session and hope to work with more incredible seniors like her this season.
