As a fellow COVID bride, I can tell you that planning a wedding during a pandemic (and all the other chaos going on in the world) is no easy feat. You spend months planning and dreaming of “that” day, only to have to make changes you never saw coming. But, you know what? Despite everything going on in the world, these two shine so dang bright. After years of loving one another, Kayla and Lucas tied the knot at the most gorgeous barn, surrounded by their loved ones, and nothing (not even a pandemic) can take that special day away from them.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Lucas turned around to see Kayla for the first time a gentle breeze blew a wave of golden and orange leaves around them. Unplanned, yet so perfect.
Congrats, Mr. and Mrs. Emmerich!
