It’s not everyday that I have a senior come into my studio and mention that she loves to ride horses. Meet Emily, one of my seniors spokesmodels from last season. Emily is full of energy and has a personality that lights up the room! I was SO excited when she said she wanted to incorporate her horse, Jersey, into her photoshoot-definitely a first for me!

Off to the barn we went! Despite how easy it looks, posing horses is certainly not for the faint of heart. 😉 One of my good friends is an INSANELY talented equine photographer and I give her all the credit in the world for mastering a super difficult niche. Needless to say, Emily and Jersey crushed it and we got some gorgeous images of them together. We continued our session around the farm, ending with the *perfect* golden hour that every photographer dreams of.
